The move-out clean — a move out clean, or what a Canadian lease calls an end of lease clean — is what a landlord or property manager inspects against the lease before the security deposit comes back, so it is quoted against the job rather than the hour: oven, range hood, inside cabinets, blinds, baseboards, shower glass and the marks nobody notices until moving day.
