Version 1.0Operated by Cleaning Super Boss Corporation LLCTrading as Black Wolf Growth
Black Wolf Growth is a booking platform. We connect you with cleaning professionals and hold the record of the booking. We do not clean. The person who turns up is an independent contractor running their own business, and they are required to carry their own public liability insurance. For bond and end of lease work we also require a current police check before they take the job.
The cleaner sets the price and you see it before you book. The figure you agree is the figure for the clean. Nothing is added afterwards, and there is no fee to post a job.
Nothing in these terms limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a service is not carried out with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose you made known, you have rights that no platform can contract away. If something is wrong, say so and we will deal with it under the process below.
Tell us within seven days and we will arrange for it to be put right, at no further cost. This is the same seven days we promise on the site, and it is the first step of the process below, not a substitute for it.
Tell us the booking, what went wrong and what you want done. We answer within five business days.
A re-clean by the same cleaner, a re-clean by another, or a refund of what you paid for the work in question.
If we still cannot agree, you can take it to your state or territory consumer affairs body. Nothing here stops you doing that.
If you paid by card and are considering a chargeback, talk to us first. Most of these are a missing photo away from being resolved.
This section covers three regimes at once, because you may be in any of them: the Australian Privacy Act and its Australian Privacy Principles, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. Where a regime gives you more, that is the one that applies to you.
Your name, email address, telephone number, the address being cleaned, the date and details of the booking, the price, and your messages about the job. If you are a cleaner: your business name, your business registration number, your insurance and police check expiry dates, and your availability. We also keep the booking record, the review you leave and, where photographs are provided, the work photographs. We do not collect special category data, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
The cleaner you book sees what they need to do the job and nothing more. Our payment provider sees what it needs to move money. Nobody else sees it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under California law that means there is nothing for you to opt out of, and we say so in those words rather than staying quiet and calling it compliance. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect your legal rights, and we do not profile you for advertising.
In our own database on a global edge network, and with the payment provider that processes the transaction. That means your information may be handled outside the country you live in, including in the United States and the European Union. Where information moves out of the EU or UK we rely on the safeguards those regimes provide for transfers, and we keep the set of providers small and named rather than a list of dozens. We keep it while your account exists and for as long as tax and record-keeping law requires afterwards, and then we delete it.
Wherever you live, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it deleted, restrict what we do with it, receive it in a portable form, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. If you gave consent you can withdraw it at any time. We answer within thirty days, and we do not charge you or treat you differently for asking. We will verify that the request is yours before we act on it, because otherwise we would be handing your information to somebody else.
To exercise any of these, write to us from your account and we will confirm the address to use for the request.
The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, if you are in Australia.
Your national data protection supervisory authority, if you are in the EU or the UK. You may also complain to the authority where you live, where you work, or where the issue happened.
The California Privacy Protection Agency or the Attorney General, if you are in California.
You can always complain to a regulator without going through us first, and nothing here is meant to discourage that.
Only a client who booked a job can review it, once. We do not edit reviews. We remove a review only where it is fake, abusive, defamatory or about something other than the job. We never remove an honest negative review, because doing so would mislead the next client as surely as writing a fake positive one.
There are no advertising cookies here and nothing from a third-party tracker, so there is no consent banner to dismiss — there is nothing to consent to. What the site does store is below, in full.
The first two never leave this site: they are sent to our own endpoint, they are never joined to your name or your email, and no third party receives them. There is no cookie at all before you sign in. Clearing your browser storage removes the rest.
What is actually in place, rather than a claim to conform with a standard:
Nobody independent has audited this site, and we would rather say that than claim a standard nobody has tested. If something here is hard to use, that is a fault to fix — tell us and we will fix it.
This is the thing most likely to go wrong with any booking, so it is worth stating exactly what happens rather than promising that it will not.
We cannot promise a replacement in every case, because that depends on how many cleaners work your area — and promising it everywhere would be a promise we could not keep. What we can promise is that the job is put back in front of them immediately, and that the record is kept.
These terms are a plain-language draft of how the business works and have not been settled by a lawyer. If you are relying on them for a dispute, have them reviewed first. Book a clean
