What you get
A job you bring yourself — a customer who came to you and not through Black Wolf — carries 0% commission on the first one: nothing is deducted from it and nothing is invoiced for it. The full price you quoted is what you are paid. After that, platform-sourced jobs are the ones we are paid on: 25% of the price you quoted, charged separately once the client has paid you, which leaves you 75% net.
No listing fee, no monthly fee, no charge to quote, no lead packages and no ad spend. There is no cost to a job you look at and do not win, and no cut taken from a customer you already had. We are paid out of the job we brought you, and only after you have been paid for it.
You quote each job at your own rate and you keep 75% of it on work we bring you. The client pays you directly on the day; we never hold your money, and our commission is charged to your card separately afterwards. Turn a job down and you keep your place — you are an independent business using a platform, not someone taking shifts.
A listing, the windows you can work, your price, and documents that carry an expiry date: public liability insurance, and a police check if you take bond or end-of-lease work. Where the market requires a business or tax number, it goes on the listing too. When a certificate lapses your listing stops appearing that day, which is the only reason the check on it is worth anything to a client.

Requests in your areas land in your dashboard and you quote at your own price. We are new in most cities, so the volume follows the customers: the more requests posted near you, the more reaches you.
We are new, and we will not pretend otherwise. In most cities nobody has joined yet, so we cannot promise you volume — a marketplace that signs three cleaners into a hundred cities leaves all three with nothing, which is why we build one city at a time. What we can promise is the arithmetic above: you keep 75% of every price you quote on work we bring you, the first job you bring yourself costs you nothing, and being listed costs you nothing at all.
